Terms Of Trade


If you wish to purchase a vehicle through our website our terms of trade is as follows.

Payment Option

1. With an expression of interest to purchase a vehicle through our website we would require a 5% deposit of the advertised price.

2. Upon Purchase the 5% deposit becomes non refundable and a unconditional invoice with all the vehicle details will be generated and we would require a further non refundable 75% of the advertised price paid into our account within 2 days. Total now would be 80% of the advertised price paid already.

3. Five days prior to the vehicle arriving in New Zealand we would require the balance of 20% of the advertised price.

Finance Option

If you require Finance on your vehicle purchase, the requirement would be as follows:

1. With an expression of interest to purchase a vehicle on our website, we would require a 5% deposit of the advertised price.

2. Upon purchase the 5% deposit becomes non refundable, and a unconditional invoice with all the vehicle details will be generated and we would require a further non refundable 25% of the advertised price paid into our account within 2 days. Total now would be 30% of the advertised price paid already.

3. The balance of the advertised price of 70% would be financed through our lender at an interest rate of 8.95% per annum plus Establishment Fee and other credit fees. This interim financing would be for a period from date of purchase to the delivery of the vehicle to you in New Zealand. This would be approximately 60 to 65 days.

4. Prior to delivery, the balance of 70% plus interest charges and finance company fees would have to be paid to us.

5. If you require finance on the 70% Balance on arrival of the vehicle in New Zealand, we can facilitate this through our NZ lenders subject to normal credit criteria and finance Company approval.

However, prior to any purchase under this arrangement, we would need to discuss this with you to ensure that the purchase transaction is straightforward and there will not be any payment issues arising prior to pick up for the vehicle.
